AFFORDABLE HOUSING: Apartment Complex on North Patrick Street Pre-Leasing

ALEXANDRIA, VA -The Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority announced today that pre-leasing has begun for the Lineage at North Patrick Street.  The 52-unit apartment complex is located at 625 North Patrick Street on the former site of Ramsay Homes.

Part of the city’s effort to provide affordable housing to residents, the Lineage has one, two, and three- bedroom units.

For an example of affordability, a two-bedroom for two people requires an income minimum of $34,560. Gross income is $50,400. A three-bedroom for a family of four requires an income minimum of $49,020. Gross income is $75,000. Gross income is total income before taxes. Amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, energy efficient appliances, and underground parking. The Lineage is close to Charles Houston Recreation Center, a number of Alexandria’s great restaurants, the Alexandria Black History Museum, and the Braddock Road Metro.
