36% Voter Turnout in Alexandria by 10 AM

ALEXANDRIA, VA – In a race that includes the Alexandria Mayor, City Council, and School Board along with state delegates and the future governor of Virginia, 36.38% of Alexandria’s 96,302 registered voters have cast their votes in person or by absentee ballot.
