Register Now for StepALIVE! Walkathon Oct. 15

ALEXANDRIA, VA –  ALIVE! is dedicated to helping people and families in need in Alexandria.  On Sunday, Oct. 15, the StepALIVE! walkathon returns for the 42nd year.  The event helps raise funding to provide food, shelter, and financial assistance.

The walk, which begins at 2 p.m., will go through Old Town with a post-walk celebration. On-site registration begins at 1:15 p.m.

Each month, ALIVE! helps almost 4,000 families with food assistance – for free.

Want to help? Participate in either the 5K or five-mile walk. Register early at stepalive.org.

The event location is First Christian Church at 2723 King Street. .
