Call2Action: Saturday, December 14, 1:15 to 4 p.m., Spanish Translators for Toys4ALX — The Toys4ALX Toy Drive is looking for translators to help Spanish-speaking adults shopping for their children, give directions, and provide assistance.

Call2Action: Saturday, December 14, 1:15 to 4 p.m., Be a Toys4ALX Table Captain — Table Captains organize and stock tables and assist adults picking out gifts for their children.

Call2Action: Saturday, December 14, 1:15 to 4 p.m., Volunteer at Toys4ALX — Join Volunteer Alexandria by volunteering to help select toys and games with families and then clean-up at the annual Toys4ALX toy drive.

Friday, December 13, 3 to 5:30 p.m., Photographer & Videographer Needed for Teen Event — Volunteers are needed to photograph and record the Alexandria Teen Science Cafe event, where students will speak on a STEAM-related topic.

Support Weekly Playgroups for Parent Education — The Center for Alexandria’s Children is looking for volunteers to support their Learn&PlayGroups™ for infant children 0 to 5 years old. Volunteers would set up and clean up.

Support Students After-School — Help students one-on-one or with a group for one day a week on homework, reading, and life skills with Affordable Homes & Communities After-School or Teen program.

Volunteer for the Sexual Assault Center — Provide resources and support over the phone to survivors or accompany survivors to the hospital or police station. Training is provided.
