Alexandria Sportsman’s Club Honors 10 Student-Athletes

ALEXANDRIA, VA-During its monthly meeting Jan.15, the Alexandria Sportsman’s Club honored ten  athletes from the city as Student-Athletes of the Month. The evening, hosted by the Old Dominion Boat Club, also recognized varsity high school basketball coaches. This meeting served as an occasion for a coaches roundtable. Participants shared  insight on coaching high schoolers, the value of participating in multiple sports, and how competition engages players.
