Jeff Wallingford, owner of Taqueria Poblano, revealed the secret to The Zebra on threat of withholding tacos from all Zebra staff on Tuesdays. Walingford said, “Our customers have been asking us to open on Tuesdays for years and we decided it was the right time.”
