TO: Any Unknown Birth Fathers – TAKE NOTICE THAT a petition has been filed for the adoption of a minor female child born on the 24th day of May 2026, in Alexandria, Virginia, to Carmen Aguirre Hernandez (Honduran woman, 35 years of age, 5’2” tall, brunette hair, dark brown eyes). The child was conceived in the Alexandria, Virginia area around September 2025 and the child’s biological father is known as “Jose” (Latino man). You must file a response to the petition within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice on or before September 24, 2026, in order to participate in and receive further notice of this proceeding, including notice of the time and place of hearing. IN THE EVENT YOU FAIL TO RESPOND, THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT WILL ENTER AN ORDER ALLOWING THE ADOPTION TO PROCEED WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. Any and all rights you may have with respect to the minor child will be extinguished and all aspects of any legal relationship between the minor child and you as her parent will be terminated with the entry of a Decree of Adoption.
