Alexandria Voter Turnout Almost 60% By 4 pm, Blowing Past 2017 Numbers

The Alexandria General Registrar, Office of Voter Registration and Elections City of Alexandria, Anna Leider released the total voter participation stats for Alexandria, Va as of 4 pm, November 6, 2018 and the numbers show the people are showing up at the polls.

At the same time in 2017, including absentee votes, the city’s total turnout was 46.9%. This year, Alexandria residents have upped the ante, reflecting a 57.89% total as of 4 pm.

The polls remain open until 7 pm.
