Adopt a Pet in Alexandria: Meet Otis
ALEXANDRIA, VA-Otis is a 3-year-old, 89 pound male dog searching for a home for the holidays. Otis is a happy-go-lucky guy who has never met a stranger. His heart is certainly as big as his frame. He is an active guy with lots of zest for games of fetch. He’s very good at not only bringing the ball back, but letting you have it in anticipation of the next throw. Otis would likely benefit from a yard to run in or someone who is able to take him on walks or runs. When it’s time to relax, Otis loves to snuggle up to his people. Hopefully, you have a big couch. Otis has already learned the cues for sit and paw. If you think this big, happy boy sounds like your perfect fit, come meet Otis at the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria. During the month of December, adoption fees for our small mammals, as well as our adult dogs and cats, are waived.
