ALEXANDRIA, VA-As The Zebra reported in September, Market Square needs repairs to its structure and City Hall needs updates to aging parts of the building. The city has heard feedback from residents over the last few months during community engagement meetings.
Now it has released a survey about the design using feedback from those meetings. A Dec. 20 Alexandria eNews bulletin about the survey includes this statement: “We need your feedback to help us move towards a final selection for the Market Square design that reflects your vision and the unique character of Alexandria!”
Those who complete the survey HERE will be granted a look at the design team’s research. The firm LEO A DALY has been selected for the project. The deadline to complete the survey is Jan. 31 at midnight.
