Wellness Wednesday with Dr. Lauren Fisher: What’s That Pain?! Dr. Lola Capps, owner of Chrysalis Chiropractic, will join Lauren to discuss tuning into your body, understanding pain, and how to best take care of yourself.

April 8, THURSDAY

Make It Alexandria with host Alyssa Kovach of Alexandria Makers Market. Alyssa welcomes Leah, the owner of Modern Tally, to discuss her line of hand-sewn gifts for good use, and the special Alexandria Makers Market Mother’s Day curated gift collection!

April 12, MONDAY

April 13, TUESDAY

It’s Dinner and DIY on Make It Alexandria with host Alyssa Kovach of Alexandria Makers Market. Join Alyssa and CJ Cross for a special broadcast from the back patio of Hops N Shine. To celebrate Earth Day, the DIY activity will be made of recycled materials.
