Alexandria, VA To kick off a healthy school year, it’s important that children have received their required immunizations. With about a month before school starts again in ACPS, you need to update your vaccinations/immunizations to protect your children and the others who will be attending school in the fall. Your doctor and local pharmacies are equipped to immunize your kids.
Ask your docgtor which vaccines your child needs, and they’ll work with you to schedule them. If you can’t get an appointment with a doctor or local pharmacy, contact the Alexandria Health Department. They are booking vaccine appointments. Appointments are available at the main office, 4850 Mark Center Drive and the Teen Wellness Centers for ages 12-19. You can call 703-746-4888 for appointments and time. Leave a voicemail.
