ALEXANDRIA, VA – Alexandria continues its support of Ukraine. Tomorrow night (Friday) from 6 to 9 p.m., there will be a fundraiser for Ukraine on the ALX Above rooftop – a new venue with a 360 degree view.
Called A Night for Ukraine, the event is hosted by ALX Community in partnership with Love in ALX, The Georgian Association in the US and Loan Signing Agent. Sponsors include: Above Alx Community & Alx Community, Alexandria Restaurant Partners, Tasteful Affairs Catering, Purple Onion Catering, Well Dunn Windows, Lost Boy Cider, South Block, NorthSide 10, Locke Whines, Port City Brewery Co., and The Light Horse.
Enjoy food and drinks while supporting a great cause.
All proceeds benefit the U.S.-based nonprofit organization Community Organized Relief Efforts (CORE). Volunteers with CORE have been in Poland since Feb. 28 helping to address the immediate needs of refugees.
