Published by Bloomsbury Publishing, the book blends research, real-life stories, and practical advice to help grandparents support children’s emotional growth, learning, and confidence.

“I am thrilled to announce that my third book…is out,” Amundson said. “It discusses the changing role of grandparents as well as the constant benefits they provide for their grandchildren.”

The book highlights simple but meaningful ways to connect—from reading together to sharing family traditions—while emphasizing balance. “Grandparents can support their own children in their parenting journey…Parents have the right to be wrong,” she noted.

Looking to save a few dollars? Amundson notes the book is available wherever books are sold, or at a discount through the publisher’s website.
