ALEXANDRIA, VA —

Gender: Female

Age: 2 Years

Weight: 52 pounds

Color: Brown with white

About Me: Hi there! Promise not to be shocked when I tell you I’m a stray. A social butterfly like me? Yes, it’s true, and so is my wagging tail, heart full of love, and professional-level cuddle skills. Believe me, I’m ready to trade shelter life for cozy evenings, squeaky toys, a forever best friend and my happily ever after. I’m the kind of girl who makes friends everywhere I go — humans are definitely my favorite! If you meet me, chances are my tail will already be wagging before you say hello. I love walks and have been told I’m a total lady on a leash. I also know how to sit politely for treats, especially since I love me some snacks! I’ve officially graduated from the chaotic puppy phase, but I still have plenty of playful energy for adventures, fetch sessions, and squeaky toy championships. At the end of the day, though, I’m really just looking for someone to snuggle up with and love forever.

Ideal Match: My perfect person is someone who wants a loyal best friend for both adventures and couch cuddles. I’d love a home where I can soak up all the attention as your one-and-only doggie princess. If you enjoy daily walks, lots of affection, and having a constant shadow with a wagging tail, we might just be soulmates. Bonus points if you keep treats handy.

Fun Fact: Sssshhhh, don’t tell anyone, but I’m really fairly chill.

My adoption fees are paid and I will be spayed or neutered before you take me home. To learn more about me or meet me, contact the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria by emailing [email protected] or call 703-746-4774, option 2.
