Alexandria Halloweddings: Halloween Weddings on Oct. 31
Free-spirited couples can say “I do” in Halloween style on October 31
Alexandria, VA – The Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the City of Alexandria will host “Halloweddings” a Halloween-themed wedding event, on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at the Athenaeum, 201 Prince Street in Alexandria.
Clerk of Court J. Greg Parks and his staff, dressed in costume, will perform ceremonies for couples throughout the day. Each ceremony includes cake, refreshments, and a gift bag.
“This is our second year for Halloweddings, and we had such a great response last year that we knew we had to bring it back.” said Parks. “Halloween is one of the most fun days of the year, and the event gives couples a low-cost and unique way to tie the knot in that fun style.”
A $75 fee helps cover the cost of the event. Staff will call each couple within two business days of registration to collect payment.
