ALEXANDRIA, VA – Fill your need for summer sports and adorable kittens with The Great Kitten Games on Thursday, July 30, 6-6:30 pm! Hosted virtually through Zoom, adoptable kittens from the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria (AWLA) will compete in sporting events with the goal of taking home the gold and stealing your heart! This is a family-friendly event and attendees from a single household can register in a single slot.

The Great Kitten Games will be hosted through Zoom, and information about how to join the party will be sent in a confirmation email in advance of the party. There is a registration fee of $10 for this event to supports animals in need.

And, if you are interested in adoption, AWLA staff will be available during the virtual event to answer any questions and show individual kittens but attending the kitten games does not constitute an animal visit as part of their adopt-by-appointment process.
