DASH Bus Will Depart City Hall Every 20 Minutes Among New Changes in Alexandria Transit Schedule

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Effective this Sunday, February 3, DASH will be implementing a schedule change that will affect the following routes:

New DASH Ride Guide and Service Changes In Effect February 3, 2019

DASH SERVICE CHANGE ALERT:

Effective this Sunday, February 3, DASH will be implementing a schedule change that will affect the following routes:

  • AT1 – Minor running time changes designed to improve service reliability.

  • AT2 – Minor running time changes designed to improve service reliability.

  • AT3 – Minor running time changes designed to improve service reliability.

  • AT3-4 – Weekday evening trips will depart City Hall at :20 after the hour, providing more running time and more predictable departures.

  • AT4 – Minor running time changes designed to improve service reliability.

  • AT5 – An additional eastbound trip has been added on weekday mornings departing from Duke & Ripley at 7:35 AM to help with increased passenger loads.  Additional timetable adjustments have been made for improved service reliability.

  • AT6 – Minor running time changes designed to improve service reliability.

  • AT9 – Minor running time changes designed to improve service reliability.

  • AT10 – Weekday PM peak trips are scheduled to arrive at King St Metro 4 minutes later than previous timetable, to compensate for traffic on Commonwealth Avenue around the station.
