Twelve Affordable Rentals Set Aside at New Thornton Apartments in Old Town–Apply Now

The Thornton, a new rental community located at 1199 South Washington Street will begin taking applications for the remaining 12 affordable rental set aside units beginning Friday, April 28, 2018.  Community amenities include a courtyard featuring bocce court, fireplace grill and community dining tables; community greenspace; a 24-hour fitness center; a game room with billiards and a big screen television.  Apartment homes feature stylish kitchens with quartz countertops, Energy Star appliances, and full-size washers and dryers in every unit.  Fees and information are included here.
