The eatery will specialize in Chicago-style Italian beef sandwiches and classic hot dogs, creating a menu designed to satisfy comfort food cravings while introducing authentic regional flavors to diners. Fisher is partnering with a Chicago native who believes the concept’s authenticity will make it worth the trip for food lovers across Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. The team says Cubbies fits naturally into the vision behind Del Ray Public House’s recent rebranding effort.
With Chicago-style comfort food, neighborhood hospitality, and an expanding vision for Del Ray Public House, Cubbies could quickly become Alexandria’s newest destination for classic Windy City flavors.
