Alexandria Police Department Makes Arrest in Rideshare Assault
Alexandria, VA – On Sunday, July 28, 2024, the Alexandria Police Department arrested Ahmed Reshad Nasseri, a 33-year-old resident of Alexandria, on charges of aggravated sexual battery that occurred on July 19, 2024, in the 5000 block of Seminary Road.
Nasseri worked as a rideshare driver on the night of the incident and the victim was a passenger he picked up following their request for transportation.
