New Hank’s Oyster Bar with Rooftop Dining Opens April 5

Reopening in Old Town North

It’s almost here! Say hello to Hank’s Oyster Bar in Old Town North. Work is almost done on the new location of Hank’s Oyster Bar in the former site of Hank & Mitzi’s. Jamie Leeds is so excited to have this new space. She said, “The first floor is the restaurant and bar, the second floor is for private parties and events, and the roof top bar and restaurant is the highlight of this space. My team and I are excited that we have fulfilled this vision.” Per their website, All your favorite food, drink, staff, and warm hospitality will be moving less than a mile away to the Old Town North neighborhood, and will take up residence at the corner of N. St. Asaph and Montgomery Streets.

Right now, the staff are working hard to be ready for the opening on April 5. You can see and say hello to Hank’s Oyster Bar from the original location on King St. Jamie is very proud that she was able to keep all of her staff since the beginning of the pandemic. “I continued to pay their salaries and supported them during the pandemic while we were closed. It meant all of my staff returned. They are our best asset.”

The rooftop bar is the showplace of the new site. Accessible by elevator, guest can sit at high top tables in the bar area or at regular tables in the dining area. The same menu from the first floor will be served. The space is covered and has heaters for those chilly night. The view is stunning.
