Alexandria, VA – At June’s discussion, the group had a lively conversation last night about Kristin Hannah’s The Women. The Union Street Public House staff was fantastic and Al, the manager, went over the top enthusiastically taking extra special care of the book club gang. Lisa Lawson, a new member, volunteered to run the next meeting on Monday, July 22 at 7:00 pm at the same venue.
The book that will be discussed is Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver.
