Good Morning America Will Be in Alexandria for Washington Commanders Pep Rally Friday, January 24

Setup Starts at 4 am--Filming at 6 am --Public Invited!!

ALEXANDRIA, VA – Good Morning America will be broadcasting LIVE from Augie’s Beer Garden tomorrow morning as part of a four-city pep rally for the Washington Commanders as they prepare to battle the Philadelphia Eagles this Sunday, January 26, 2025, to capture the NFC Championship. 

“With just one win away from the big game, this is an incredible moment for D.C. fans to show their spirit,” says Mel Woodham, of Common Plate Hospitality, the parent company of Augie’s.

Setup begins at 4:00 a.m., with filming starting at 6:00 a.m.

The public is invited to “bring your energy, wear your Commanders gear, and help make this event unforgettable,” adds Woodham. “The more fans, the louder the cheer—and every single one of us counts in showing our pride to the nation!”

Augie’s Mussel House and Beer Garden is located at 1106 King St, Alexandria, VA 22314.
