Vietnamese Restaurant to Replace Defunct Smashburger in Van Dorn Center

Paperwork filed with the City of Alexandria hopes to get approval for a “fast, casual restaurant” serving Vietnamese fare to occupy the space formerly held by Smashburger located in the Van Dorn Shopping Center.
