Alexandria, VA – The menu at Wagamama’s Clarendon restaurant is getting a refresh, from Korean BBQ wings and pork belly bao to ramen and desserts. The pan-Asian chain’s Virginia location at 2950 Clarendon Blvd. has added dishes intended to give regulars something different to try.

New starters include Salt + Pepper Calamari, Korean BBQ Meatballs, Korean BBQ Wings, and Roti Canai. The bao bun tacos feature fillings such as fire pork belly, Korean fried chicken, and duck. The Wagyumama sliders come in Korean Fire, BBQ, and Teriyaki varieties.

Noodle and rice lovers can choose from Tonkotsu or Shiitake Miso ramen and poke bowls with ahi tuna or Thai chili shrimp. The updated selection also includes Steak Bulgogi, Chili Hoisin Duck, and salads with flavors ranging from yuzu to Thai dressing.

Vegetarian choices include Bang Bang Cauliflower and a mushroom-and-eggplant bao that can be made vegan without mayonnaise. For dessert, there are Banana Egg Rolls, Chocolate Trilogy Cake, and Apple Pie + Cinnamon Potstickers.
