Alexandria, VA – Bill Blackburn, a co-owner of Homegrown Restaurant Group, which includes Pork Barrel BBQ, Holy Cow, and The Sushi Bar in Del Ray, was honored by the Washington Nationals as an Unsung Hero. Blackburn was recognized for prioritizing staff and community safety at his restaurants during the pandemic and for organizing a vaccine drive for 1,000 restaurant and small business employees in Alexandria.
