Tootsie Roll passed away on June 15, 2016 at the age of 13 years. She was rescued from a puppy mill in NC when she was 3 years old, after having lived her life on a concrete floor as a breeder mama. Tootsie Roll brought so much joy to her family, Joan and Frank and her “brother,” Winston, and to everyone else who knew her. She will always live in their hearts. She was our little chocolate girl!
