Alexandria, VA – Due to the work of Visit Alexandria’s PR team, Alexandria has been nominated on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2024 Readers’ Choice Awards survey in the “Cities” category for the seventh year in a row. Alexandria has ranked in the top five since the “small cities” designation was created in 2018. Last year, our city placed in the top three. Visit Alexandria needs your help to not only keep their high ranking but to move to the top!

Your vote has a big impact and can help the town move to the top of Condé Nast Traveler’s “Best Small Cities” list, just as the community’s votes have helped Visit Alexandria secure a top-five spot on the list for the past five years. High-profile rankings help to raise Alexandria’s national profile as a must-visit destination for the year and beyond. Research studies demonstrate that these rankings make a real difference in influencing travel decisions, thereby supporting our small businesses and hospitality community and helping to keep taxes lower for our city’s residents.
