Here’s How to Join the Scouts in September

ALEXANDRIA, VA – The fall Scouting Events are underway and now is the time to join! Scouting has come a long way too! Girls can join the cub scouts and boy scouts and Alexandria kids can join the Sea Scout division too.

The following units will hold Join Scouting nights and invite area youth to attend. Listings with an asterisk denote units participating in Family Scouting.

The Colonial District is one of the 20 districts that comprise the National Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.  It is the home to 63 scouting units, serving nearly 2,700 youth in the areas of Alexandria, Ft.
