House Calls: INOVA Medical Has Vaccinated Over 100 Seniors Homebound in Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA, VA – The Inova Medical House Calls Program has vaccinated more than 100 homebound elders in Alexandria.

This program brings primary care to homebound patients who are 65 years of age or greater, with the goal of providing quality care while supporting aging in place and optimizing resource utilization.

For patients who qualify, a healthcare team of doctors, nurse practitioners and social workers provide comprehensive care for those who have difficulty leaving the home.
