Ravioli: This Sweet Kitten Needs a Lot of Love

ALEXANDRIA, VA -Ravioli is a 1-year-old female kitty. Her short life has been a little tumultuous up until now. She came to the AWLA as a stray with severe trauma to her tail and one of her back legs. Unfortunately, there was too much damage and the best way to ensure she had the highest quality of life possible was to amputate both. She’s had her surgery, and she is on the mend as a tripod kitty. Despite her harrowing experiences, she is as sweet as can be. She navigates her world just fine as a tripod. It doesn’t stop her from exploring her cat condo or playing with toys. Ravioli is looking for a home where she can continue her healing journey and live her life as a spoiled indoor cat!

The Animal Welfare League of Alexandria (AWLA) is located at 4101 Eisenhower Ave. Founded in 1946, the AWLA has supported and served as a resource for homeless animals. The organization remains an integral part of the community by providing opportunities for adoption, spay and neuter assistance, education, and outreach. To learn more, visit alexandriaanimals.org.
