Once Again, Del Ray Welcomes a Spooky Halloween!

Alexandria, VA – Thousands of people in costume descended on Mount Vernon Avenue for the 27th Annual Del Ray Halloween Parade on Sunday, Oct. 29. Highlights of the neighborhood tradition, named one of the top 10 Halloween Parades in the country by USA Today, included a House Decorating Contest, Best Stroller Contest, and Pet Costume Contest.
