Mount Vernonites Flock to Town Meeting Exhibits & Taste of Mt. Vernon

Alexandria, VA – The 37th Annual Mount Vernon Town Meeting began with an exhibit hall in the school’s cafeteria with information provided by numerous county agencies, civic and community organizations, and nonprofit organizations where attendees could speak one-on-one with some of the elected officials and greet neighbors and old friends. It concluded with a Taste of Mount Vernon featuring free samples by Mount Vernon restaurants. Both events drew large crowds.
