Alexandria, VA – The community is invited to celebrate the newest class of Living Legends of Alexandria at a special program and reception on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 6–9 p.m. inside the majestic George Washington Masonic National Memorial.

The annual Meet the Legends reception honors Alexandrians who have made lasting contributions to the city’s civic life, culture, and community well-being. Guests will enjoy an inspiring evening recognizing the 2025 Living Legends, followed by a festive reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres and libations.

This year’s honorees include: Mary Lee Anderson, Ana Bonia-Galdamez, Gerald File, Charlotte Hall, Iburia Hall-Haynes, Noah Lyles, David Mercer, Robyn Nichols, Patrick O’Brien, Kitty Porterfield, Adrienne Terrell Washington, and Gerald Wanzer.

The event provides an opportunity not only to celebrate these remarkable individuals but also to connect with neighbors and community leaders who share a commitment to Alexandria’s future.
