Alexandria, VA – Washington Business Journal first reported that one of the country’s best-known deep-dish pizza chains will have a home in DC. Giordano’s Pizza will open soon at 600 14th St. NW, near Metro Center.
The pizza is famous for both its taste and how it is made. It is cooked in a cast iron pie pan and built up in layers. First comes the crust, then the sauce, cheese, and toppings follow.
